SHIHAN Dave Treadwell and student Cleo McFarlane of Furi Sutairu Karate Federation Redditch will compete in the WKU World Championships later this year.
The World Championships take place in Rhodes, Greece in October later this year.
Treadwell and McFarlane secured their respective places in Greece after finishing first at national events earlier in the year.
And Treadwell is also England’s head kumite coach and put the England karate team through their places ahead of the upcoming World Championships with FSK student McFarlane also involved in the session as part of the England team.
